Priority Service Program

When it comes to your machine, 21st Century Equipment is committed to helping you maximize your investment. With our Priority Service Program, you’ll get a dealer-performed technical inspection to test performance and prioritize any issues that need repair. From there, we have two program levels—Priority and PriorityTM Plus—to keep your productive and profitable during down months.

Based on your inspection findings, you can decide which Priority Service Program level works best for you and your equipment:

  • Priority provides you with control and flexibility. After your inspection, we prioritize the repairs needed for your machine and you decide which ones to complete based on your budget and needs.
  • PriorityTM Plus provides the ultimate peace-of-mind. After your inspection, we’ll complete all of the areas noted for repair. Plus, you’ll get free service calls and trucking coverage year-round, along with a 1-year warranty on all repairs performed.

Keep your machine running right

The Priority Service Program includes all John Deere agricultural equipment. And don’t forget to ask your 21st Century Equipment representative about pricing and multi-unit discounts.

Other features of our inspection include:

  • FREE trucking
  • Machine wash and detail included with the program
  • FREE horsepower check on all PTO equipped tractors
  • Engine oil scan, fluid sample testing of antifreeze and hydraulic fluids is provided in all inspections

Count on our guarantee

The Priority Service Inspection program offers a 1-year parts and service warranty on all dealer-installed John Deere parts. Our PRIORITY GUARANTEE covers machines that complete all three categories of our PriorityTM Plus program—the highest priority available—with free mileage on service calls and same-day service.
