Keith Kreps Appointed President of 21st Century Equipment

21st Century Equipment is proud to announce that Keith Kreps has been appointed President, effective July 1, 2025. Kreps steps into the role following five years as Chief Operating Officer. He brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the agriculture equipment industry.

Since joining 21st Century Equipment in 2020, Kreps has played a pivotal role. He has strengthened internal collaboration and enhanced customer service. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning the company for continued growth and innovation.

“My focus as President will be on driving innovation and operational excellence. I will always be anchored in a customer-first service culture,” said Kreps.

Kreps is a seasoned executive in the sector of agricultural equipment. Before joining 21st Century Equipment, he served as Executive Vice President of Agriculture at RDO Equipment. He currently contributes to the industry as a board member of the Iowa-Nebraska Equipment Dealers Association. Additionally, he serves as a Director for the Associated Equipment Distributors.

Owen Palm will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. His ongoing leadership will support a seamless transition. It will also ensure continued alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
