Expert Insight: "When evaluating AGED inventory for the High Plains, we look specifically at hydraulic fluid viscosity and battery CCA ratings. These machines are vetted to ensure they’ll fire up and perform during our brutal -20°F cold snaps and high-altitude summer heat."

How do I choose the right equipment for the High Plains region?

Operating in Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming requires more than just a standard tractor; it requires a setup tailored to our unique environmental "Information Gain" factors.

Pro-Tips for NE, CO, & WY Landowners:

  • The Snowblower Advantage: In the Nebraska Panhandle, wind makes standard plowing difficult. The 1023E w/ 54" Snowblower is highly recommended here over a loader alone because it throws snow far enough to prevent the "drifting walls" that trap equipment later in the season.
  • Ballast for the Wind: High Plains gusts can reach 60+ MPH. If you are running a 2025R or 3038E with a loader, we suggest liquid tire ballast (Rim Guard) to lower the center of gravity, which is critical for safety on the rolling terrain of Eastern Colorado.
  • Dust Management for CCE: For our compact construction equipment, we recommend more frequent air filter cycles. Our local alkali dust is finer than what you'll find in the Midwest and can "cake" filters faster, potentially leading to power loss during heavy grading.

Can I save money on compact construction equipment too?

Yes. While our AGED compact utility tractors are the stars of the show, we are also moving select Gators and compact construction equipment to make room for new inventory. With discounts reaching $8,000, this is the most cost-effective way to add a secondary "workhorse" unit to your fleet or upgrade from a residential mower to a professional-grade tractor.

Is there a warranty or inspection on Yard Sale units?

Every piece of equipment in our Yard Sale has been through a 21st Century Equipment inspection. Unlike buying from a private party or a generic auction site, these units come with the backing of our regional service network.

Don't wait—these units are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they're gone, the $8,000 savings go with them.

How many units are you looking to move during this event? I can help you tailor the "Pro-Tips" section even further if you have a specific location (like a high-altitude CO store vs. a flat-land NE store) in mind.
